Let's be honest here, we've all built anxiety searching for the closest parking spot at your favorite restaurant, grocery store just to settle for the only available spot somewhere in the middle of the parking lot. Perhaps for a few exceptions, where you have been able to locate an open parking spot near the entrance. Always a relief, isn't it? What if we made a small change to our habit. Would 350-400 extra steps in the day make a difference for long term health?
